CREATIVE INTERN(s)
The Transparent & Black Collective is looking to grow our team! We’re looking for forward-thinking and inspired interns with a strong passion for being a part of our wellness collective.
This internship program is currently remote, with a preference for candidates located on the East Coast who are hyper-creative with previous experience.
General Responsibilities Include:
Assisting the executive team with outreach
Assisting in developing programming for the TBG/T&B Community
Assisting in management of social platforms + digital campaigns
Assisting in community management for the T&B platforms
Requirements:
2 + years of experience in social strategy, digital programming, and/or social media marketing.
MUST be familiar with the brand(s) within the collective and have a passion for wellness and prioritizing accessibility for the Black community.
Must be able to commit to part-time hours.
Must be able to thrive in a small team environment; self-starter and time management wiz!
Must have an all-hands-on-deck mentality where you are eager and willing to jump in and help get the job done! We all work together and help each other.
That must be your mindset.
Must be confident in communicating with potential partners and brands.
Proficiency with Adobe Suite, Canva, and Notion.
Additional Details:
This position is currently remote, and a paid opportunity. There is also an opportunity for growth within the company contingent on exemplary performance.

Transparent & Black is a wellness collective creating spaces for Black people to heal from intergenerational trauma. Through our wellness brands online for Black women, @transparentblackgirl and Black men, @transparentblackguy, we're building spaces for our community to heal in an environment where they're the priority.
How Long Will this Internship Last?
This internship is for 4 months, but there may be opportunities to extend and / or become part of the T&B team.
